Heel Pain

It is getting warm outside and with the increase in heat comes a change in shoe gear. Most people are transitioning to sandals and flip flops. With this change from supportive shoes to flats comes pain in the heel. Heel pain can be many different things and always needs to be checked by a podiatrist. Often times and x-ray is taken to r/o fracture and other possible ailments. Most likely it can be treated easily in the office as plantar fasciitis.
