Winter Blues

Running in the winter can be tricky. Correct socks and shoes are important but even more important may be the head wear. Keeping your head warm will maintain stamina and allow for a longer more controlled run. Always remember to maintain breathing in cold weather. Also keep sweating down with proper attire. Cold and sweaty do not mix well and can lead to the flu and other illness. For tips on cold weather running contact our office and see Dr. Thomas.
